Ramblings of a Daydream Believer

I was born in 1982, which was the same year my favorite Strawberry Shortcake character, Lime Chiffon, made her debut. It was also the year Care Bears and My Little Pony debuted. Other 80's toys/cartoons I love are the Get Along Gang and Popples. I also collect Rose Petal Place dolls. Other than 80's toys and cartoons, my other loves are 80's commercials (especially kids commercials!), The Monkees, Josie & The Pussycats (the cartoon), The Lovin' Spoonful (did you all know that the Spoonful's front man, John Sebastian, wrote songs for two Strawberry Shortcake cartoons, as well as the first Care Bears movie?), The Muppets, Hanna-Barbera cartoons, and vintage Barbie dolls. It should also be noted that "Daydream Believer" is my favorite Monkees song.
